What to say besides there has been absolutely no time with the weekend and the all the world cup mania !
DAY 5- Tomatoes and Chicken
-Green tea 1
-Breakfast- Tomato soup
-Mid day snack- 2 tomatoes with half tsp sugar
-Pre-lunch- Tomato soup
-Lunch- Baked chicken- 2 cubes and 1 tomato w corriander-mint chutney
-Dinner- Baked chicken -1 cube and 2 tomatoes
Water consumption increased to 2.5 l as per instructions
Chicken day is definitely easy for obvious reasons. Also, my Mr. has almost given up on tempting me as realisation dawned on him that I am sticking to this whatsoever.

DAY 6- Vegetables and Chicken
-Morning made a deviation or diet discount as called sometimes , with 1 banana. Somehow the thought of eating raw vegetables in the morning itself put me off totally.
-Cucumber & Carrot sticks, Sweet corn salad
-Grilled chicken and Veg raita
Being a Thursday, had a dinner party and had to eat something- Ate Half chappathi, wee bit of chana and some other veg curry. Didn't crave at all infact even for the gulab jamun !
Water consumption decreased slightly.
Day 5 ended eventless and extremely satisfied with the chicken. No temptations in the way as well. Besides, I guess I am less tempted as well.
Day 6- extremely easy as one can eat chicken plus all the vegetables. In “unlimited quantities”.
