I woke up this morning pleasantly surprised; feeling full and content. Infact, I was looking forward to the baked potato breakfast. I love vegetables and have always indulged in salads at buffets or at salad bars. So, today was just going to be a breeze.
(Is what atleast I thought !)

-Late evening snack- Diet cabbage soup

Plus 2 litres of water.
Ofcourse as expected, my hubby came home with a big box of chicken pizzas from Pizza hut. I was so elated for like 2 seconds! ( Mind you -he has never ever brought home junk food on way from work). Apparently, it was just leftovers from lunch and he didn't mean to tempt me in any sort of way. Ya..right ( eyes rolling expression)! He continued his feasting on five more chicken nuggets for dinner today.
But on the up-side, he did compliment me by saying that I seem to have lost some weight especially on the face ( which is always my first affected body part in terms of weight). So yayyy !!! I have already planned out on what I will treat myself with once I am done with this week.
It wasn't a breeze as I had easily presumed it would be. But still nevertheless, had lesser cravings besides for junk food. Overall, an easier day than yesterday considering the diversity of vegetables and ample choices of their preparation. After resisting all of the above mentioned, I definitely became confident of successfully completing the week.
